Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TinyFork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TinyFork is a directory of child-friendly restaurants in the United Kingdom. We provide a platform for parents to find, review, and submit restaurant listings, and for restaurant owners to manage and promote their listings.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting content (reviews, restaurant listings, etc.), you grant TinyFork a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Premium Listings

Restaurant owners may purchase premium listings via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Premium features are described on our pricing page.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; post defamatory, abusive, or illegal content; attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

TinyFork provides information as submitted by users and restaurant owners. We do not independently verify all listings and make no guarantees about the accuracy of any information. Always confirm details directly with restaurants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyFork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
